Title: amule is back :) , and two suggestions

hi, guys.

       1 amule (linux x86_64), amuleDlg.OnMinimize event , cause screen flash.
       2 faster transfer will cause crash. I guest PartFile's cache mechanism will have a better version.

       and thanks for your works.

1 is a known issue and is going to be fixed in the next release
2 well.... there were issues already with too fast transfers. How fast exactly is what causes trouble?
