Title: freezes at startup

Prints :

Initialising aMule
External connections disabled in .eMule
*** UDP socket at 4645  (chat)
*** TCP socket at 4642
*** UDP socket at 1025


And freezes...

strace shows that it's waiting on futex.

My system is FC1, more or less up to date.

Any ideas ?

try to start it with a fresh config without any met files

Removing all the .met files did the trick.

one or more met files were broken then ,, to don't lose all your dl's try moving met by met back into your temp dir and if it crash u have the right one ;)
