shared files.
But when i try to get files, Nothing apears in the progress bar, I have
always 0% , only One file has progressed to 7% in 2 days !!!.
All the ports: 4711 4712 4665-4672 4662 are corectly configured and open
Is something wrong in my configuration.

Ok, here's a couple of things you should check:
- Are there many sources for the files? Rare files can take months to complete if only a couple of people using 56kb modems have them...
- Have you correctly set your bandwidth limits? If your upload limit is below 10, it'll also limit your download speed and if your upload speed is too high, it'll cause your download speed to drop because of the packets get queued.
- Do you have low ID or high ID? (what color is the icon next to the servername in the bottom-right corner? (Green is good ;)).
- Your ISP might throttle the default ports, so you could try changing them to something else.
Cheers,

another thing is
what is your setting for
-->max sources per file (hard limit)
and
--> connections limits ( max connections)

Hi all,
Ive upgraded to 2.0.rc5-1 for MDK10 and Im having a similar problem. I have 50 files queued up and in the last 15hrs Ive downloaded about 10mb. The files Im after are very common (100+ sources listed for most of them) yet I only have 70 connections. If I expand a waiting file, I just see 'Too many connections' all the way down the page. I am using custom ports and have a high ID
Settings are as follows;
60kbs download limited at 60kbs
30kbs upload limited at 30kbs
4kbs slot allocation
Hard limit 400
Max Connections 1000
8272 TCP
8282 UDP (have tried using different ports)
Looking at the statistics I have 79 active connections with a peak of 95.
I have rebooted mandrake and the router, but this hasnt helped either. As a test I put edonkey onto my XP box on the same network and that worked fine with the default ports set.
Any suggestions? People can upload from me without problems (is always at 15kps upload) but my downloads just wont come down :( Please help!
Thanks in advance,

maybe you don't have much credits yet...
Leave it a week or two uploading so you gain credits on others and I guess that'll do to give you fine high-speed downloads.
Greetings!
