My amule 1.0.8 share only the file that i am currently downloading. Can't share directories.

Hi,
Ok i'm not speak german, but looking your post with a translate tool, it apear you are tipically running aMule on a localized Linux machine (probably localized for german).
If you look in file "README-1ST.TXT" you can see :
Internationnalistaion reworked on aMule, so actually aMule run only in
english language properly ...
To force aMule to use english language even if your distribution use another
locale, launch aMule by using this :
export LANG=C && export LC_ALL=en_EN && export LANG=en_EN && export LC_MESSAGES=C && amule

I haven't read the readme because I installed the rpm version...however now it works.....thanks !
But should I run aMule in this manner in order to share my files ?

yes if u want to share all dirs (not only the temp and incoming)..

@deltahf : I didn't starte amule with your line but I can't share my amule incoming dir ! According to your last post I should this without using your command line !?!

just run aMule with
export LANG=C && export LC_ALL=en_EN && export LANG=en_EN && export LC_MESSAGES=C && amule
btw .. wheres is your incoming dir (fat32 partition?)

Now I've executed your command line :D
And everything went well. Now I'm able to share my incomming and all other specified Dirs.
