Title: LowID
Post by: UoVoBW on July 12, 2004, 06:43:53 PM
Hi there,

i've upgraded from rc3 to rc4, but now i can't get any HighID, while with rc3 and the iptables set correctly everything worked allright...

Is it a bug?

my iptables:

ACCEPT     tcp  --  anywhere             anywhere            tcp dpt:4660
ACCEPT     udp  --  anywhere             anywhere            udp dpt:4670
ACCEPT     udp  --  anywhere             anywhere            udp dpt:4663

as said in the howto!
(and they are the same set in the program of course)

thank you or any help

Strange, try to connect to some other server...
IF still on LowID, please downgrade to rc3 and check you have HighID there. If so, report bug :-(
Greetings!

As a last idea, please move ~/.aMule and ~/.eMule to some other place and start aMule. Let's hope this does it... :-/
Greetings and don't forget to report results!
