I have successfully compiled aMule on my Mac, but I have some problems.
The most serious problem is that I can't add a server. If I try (I write number of IP and port and click on add) the log says: Please add (or write, now I don't remeber) a serveraddress. If I try to load the URL of default for the server.met, the log says: Not valid URL.
The second problem is confirm button in the settings window: there isn't.
There is a a grier rectangle that it does not work. I am compelled to press enter for confirm the settings.
Are only a my problems?

Mac testers are very much needed to avoid this kind of problems before releaseing.
From what I can see, Kry has fixed some Mac stuff tonight on cvs so I guess it will be on tomorrow's nightly cvs. Donwload it and check, please.
It's be great if you goined #amule at irc.freenode.net and conteacted Kry, to help withthe Mac testing :-)
Thankx and Greetings!

My problem is that I don't have Mac in my home, so I must know before when I can find Kry on IRC. Is there always at the same time?
I went around the first problem copying a server.met with servers in .aMule directory. But now there are new problems.
1) I can't click on Start button in search window (I am compelled to press Enter)
and I can't cancel the individual search with the x (I am compelled to press Clear all button)
2) the number in servers information (number of file, of users,..ecc) are crazy (negative number).
Thanks for the help.

Read Kry's post at http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?threadid=1716&page=3&sid= ;-)

I don't see how Kry's post addresses the issue though...
Ocimin, for the settings window, there actually is an "Ok" button to save the changes and exit, it's just it's hidden down at the bottom. You have to resize the window far below to get the "Ok - Cancel" buttons.

the link above was for the personal message Kry wrote to Ocimin about him becoming a Mac tester. It was the last post on that thread by then. Nothing to do with this thread's issue, of course ;)
Greetings!

alright, I understand...
I might be of some help for some testing under OS X as well if you'd like.

Seem like the preferences page is too big on mac?

Madsnail, thanks. I will try. I will be able to work on 'my' Mac tomorrow or the day after tomorrow...
