Title: Show upload/download rates in tray icon

Instead of just showing a picture in the tray icon it would be very useful to see upload and download rates there (and not only in the tooltip) - similarily to what ed2k-gui provides.

you do see the download rate... check the icon when downloading, you see a little black 'line' which represents the speed.
