Title: Bug: UDP connection zombis after aMule stop

Hi everybody,
First of all, thanks for the cool software.
I've marked out a strange behaviour of the aMule 1.0.8
When I restarted several times the aMule, it claimed that I would get due to my network settings.
I checked the network and found out with netstat that there were still some UDP connections waiting for something  :wink:

It is not a troublesome bug, because the connections were closed by timeout, but ....

Could you please review resource release section?

I see this behaviour too. Funny, I have these connections even when amule has frozen and I have to kill it (the amd bug). Hmm...

Already fixed in CVS. If you can't wait until release look at "socket reuse" topic.
