Title: country flags in aMule 2.3.1 (geoIP.dat)

I use aMule 2.3.1 in Windows. When I want the program to show country flags for clients, it attepts to download geoIP.dat from http://geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/GeoLiteCountry/GeoIP.dat.gz, but apparently can't find it there.

Is there any other address for these data, and how can this address be changed in the program?
GeoIP.dat.gz (GeoLite2 Country) can be downloaded from https://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/geoip2/geolite2/ , but I don't know what to do with it.

There have been incompatible changes in GeoIP. This has to be adressed in the next time.
