hi, im very nu to aMule, however i've been using eMule for yonks on my XP system.
i have a question about searching. why is it that when i search for say "guns n roses" i get nothing, but when i type for just "roses" i get a shi-load of results and most of them are something to the nature of "guns n roses"???
why wont multiple words in the search work? or am i doing something wrong? is this a bug?
thanks!!!

THat depends on the server returning the right information, ot doesn't depend on aMule. SO the same happens on eMule or any other ed2k client.
I really have no idea why this happens, but the best tip I can give you is to always use large words (three or more letters) disctinctive of what you are looking for. For example to search for Guns'N'Roses lyrics, search for "guns roses" or "guns roses lyrics", but never for "guns n roses" or "guns n" and such ;)
I hope that helps a little. If you get to know someday why this happens and other such weird stuff about the searching, please tell :)
Greetings!

"guns roses" return 400 files here (don't use quotes, btw).
I tried searching for "guns n roses" on eMuel this afternoon and no results either so, do't blame aMule for that :P
