i've enable my amule web on the 4711 port, but when i type the internal adress from another computer of my personnel network, it simply doesn't work (connection refused to....)
i just don't know what to do???
i have a linux debian and amule is fully working...

Hi, guepe
I think you should check your firewall settings, maybe the port needs to be opened/forwaded to the computer running amule, and you have to allow your local network connecting through it.
If you aren't using any firewall, try pinging to your machine from another one to check if they "see" one another.

the two local machines, of course, see each others and i have opened the ports 4711 and 4712...
still not working, but i can't open it even from the machine where amule is running..??? strange isn't it??
do i have to restart amule after switching on the amule web???

hey
yes amuleweb is an extra programm...so when you get connection refused it seams amuleweb is not running yet
type in console
amuleweb
then it will ask for the password you specified in amule preferences....
after taht it should say amuleweb started at port blabla
hope that helps

guepe,
There are several details in amuleweb correct instalation. Look at stefanero's tutorial here:
http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Webserver
Also, after you have specified the password in preferences in amule, you can start amuleweb like:
$ amuleweb -f
And amuleweb will look for the password for you.
Cheers!
