Hi there,
i'm running amule rc5 since it's birth, and i've always been satisfied, but now it has become increasingly slow and slow, so that in the beginning i was downloading at 50-60kb/s (i have a 640 ADSL) and now i can't get over 14 kb/s.
I have many many fles in queque, the arrows are green and i get a 10 number ID (high)!
I just can't explain why it's so slow, all of a sudden,
Do you have any ideas?
thank you....
ps: i think it may be a rc5 bug, when will rc6 be out???
thank you!

Probably you just have a lot of "debts"; it will probably stabilize after a period of upload.

Seagull is right. ou have to gain credits. check http://wiki.amule.org for info about credits.

But i've always been uploading at the full speed (about 25-30 and my phisical limit is 32) and shared a lot of files....

I'll wait and see

Jacobo221,
I don't think that it makes sense, unless he has lost all his credits. And even then, I don't think that this would happend.
UoVoBW,
I think you should try some "popular files" :D to test...
Cheers!

the thing is that you must have been sharing files for some time (maybe a week or two) to have some credits, it's not just like having shared files: people must have downloaded from you whole chunks, and the more people have downloaded from you, the more credits you have. Please read the docs at the url I told you above.
Greetings!
