Where i find binaries aMule compilation in P4 with HT ??

There are no such binaries, you'll have to download the sources and compile it yourself.

The are lots of guides on how to compile aMule, I'm sure you'll have no problems. Just read the one that suits your needs:

I think Rav means where may he find an amule version which will take advantage of the HT feature (using the two logical processors). Is amule designed to do so?

There is no much version I'm afraid. Cause even though aMule uses threads for a couple of CPU intensive operations (MD4 and AICH hashing), those are primarily diskbound, so as such, wont get much of a boost from multiple processors (real or not).
