Title: Ipfilter option

In Portugal, we would LOVE one option to deactivate the ipfilter in certain downloads. Right click on the download -> deactivate IPfilter. That would be awesome. Can it be done? PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAASE!  :baby:  :baby:  ;(  :))

Yap true , if ppl had the same issues that we have here in portugal due to downloads limits and bandwitch problems i'm  sure more people would ask for that option on amule .
That is something that could become really really usefull for portuguese people .
Is there any possability that it  may come on the next stable ???
even a remote one ??? :p ( hope so )

If there are portuguese devs then i m even more suprised on how there isnt an ipfilter on/off deactivation option on each singular download  yet . kry can you tell me some portuguese dev  names ????
