Title: problem setting max down/upspeed and max connections/5sec

Hi!
as u see above, I can't increase my max downspeed anymore in 1.09, which I could using 1.08... its very strange, but I can decrease (and I dont want to do that any further :(). and it is possible to change the upspeed.
If I try upspeed of 7 (max on my connection) i still cant increase the downspeed to above 16 k/sec! (well I can but its put back to 16 when I hit ok)

and also, I can't change the max connections/5sec to lower than 20 (and I found out I had to use some amount like 5 'cause it slowed my webbrowsing very much).

of course ask any question, I'll help as much as I can, but I'm goin to my parents for this weekend, so I'm back at this pc at monday...

btw bigbob any chance you and unthesis settle your argument? yes yes I know he's not easy to get along with... (I've read the forum on xmule, he can be very rude, without any (apparent) reason...)

Hi,

It seem you are using an isdn connection (true ?).

Can you send a screenshot of the Preferences Connection Tab please ? ...

u also can "fake" ur Preferences->Connection settings in all *Mule clients.

try out this:

Cap. Down: 20kBs (could be higher as ur real capacity)
Cap. Up: 10kBs (!!! = our fake)
Limit Down: 0kBs (= unlimited)
Limit Up: 10kBs (fake)

this should remove the creditsystem DL-limit, but other webtasks (browsing etc.) with such settings doesnt work.
remember: ur really speed is given by ur connection and this settings couldnt increase ur isdn-speed
