My logs are full of this:

and downloads are not happening.
my DNAT is setup correctly and AFAIK my ISP is'nt anal about P2P

hi,

disable verbose in your prefs - it's a normal network behaviour..

and for 'my dl speed sux' -> http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/AMule_is_slow
