I can“t find documentation related to upgrading amule in Linux without
loosing the download queue.
What is the better way to do it ??
Thanks a lot.

huh? without loosing download queue?? what you mean?
every time you shut it down...you loose your queue postion...
so basically remove the old rpm(you can do this while amule is running)
install the new one and then whenever you shutdown your amule or computer for example next time you start you will have the new version installed.
but ther is NO way of installing the new version without shutting the old one down

Thanks for your reply, but what I mean with download queue is
the files that are beeing downloaded.
I have lot's of files that are at 80% or 90% completed that I don't
want to lose.

You will not lose them, of course.
