Title: ed2k support for AICH (?) links

/usr/bin/ed2k now doesn't support AICH links (at least I think that they're ed2k links with AICH)

Invalid ED2K link.
Reason: Character before hash (34/35 chars before end) must be |
so these links can be added using the link handler in search tab, but not directly from a browser
