Title: Cant compile...

Hi im a total newbie to linux.

when im trying to install Amule-CVS

i get this...

checking for sys/stat.h... yes
checking for stdlib.h... yes
checking for string.h... yes
checking for memory.h... yes
checking for strings.h... yes
checking for inttypes.h... yes
checking for stdint.h... yes
checking for unistd.h... yes
checking zlib.h usability... no
checking zlib.h presence... no
checking for zlib.h... no
checking for zlib in peer directory... no
configure: error: unable to use zlib - no peer found
[root@localhost amule-cvs]#

can some one help me?

hi,

install zlib and zlib-devel for your linux distri
