Title: wahhhhh amuled cooking my cpu

CPU load averages: 2.30 (1 mins) , 2.43 (5 mins) , 2.44 (15 mins)

hat amuled irgendwelche einstellungen die das vermeiden können ?

uff amuled is running here with 3-4% cpu....

do you have verbose enabled in prefs? for you its not so easy to check, there is a .eMule file in your home directory open it with an editor and check for 2 things in it

cat .eMule | grep Verbose

Verbose=0
VerbosePacketError=0

those 2 should be at 0,

another thing is, if you have any old temp files and you run amule for the first time it will rehash those temp files and create an md5-sum for them. this sometimes takes a while depending on the nr of files and their size.

This is my config.file, amuled used for 6/h 190MB Ram and cooking the cpu, other tasks freeze (ircd, bouncer) etc. :(
I have no old temps.
