Title: What happened to guest postings?

A few weeks ago, I submitted a bug report, but now guest postings have been disabled on most of the other forums.  What gives?  I hate having to register and remember 5,000 different passwords for every forum I occasionally visit.

Guests posts made thread unreadable when register users omit to login before replying to a thread.

By the way, all decents browser have passwords manager, maybe have a look to one of these ...

And what stops you from using the same password/username in all forums you register to?
