My Mac was getting kind of "cluttery," so instead of going through and trying to delete all of the clutter, I decide to do a wipe and clean install. Well, I did and when I go to compile aMule, this is what I keep getting:
Making all in po
cd ../../po && rm -f en_GB.gmo && : -c --statistics -o en_GB.gmo en_GB.po
mv: rename t-en_GB.gmo to en_GB.gmo: No such file or directory
make[2]: *** [../../po/en_GB.gmo] Error 1
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make: *** [all] Error 2
I've tried three different versions of aMule (two CVSs and rc8) and a couple of wxMac builds. I also upgraded to XCode v1.5 and that didn't have any effect. I can tell that t-en_GB.emo is missing but what is that in and what is it related to? Any ideas?

My guess is that you're missing gettext. You install it from Fink. See the HowTo (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/HowTo_compile_on_Mac).

And your guess is right

That was it. I had fink installed and it said I had gettext, but it hadn't been correctly put into the OSX "environment." My bash .profile had been incorrectly done. Once I did that and reconfigured aMule, it worked. You guys are awesome. Even major software vendors don't give support like this, and this is free, and you get to chat with the developers!

Well, major software vendors rarely make you compile the program for yourself. :P
Anyway, happy to help. :)
