Title: How to get rid of my low id

Currrently I run Mandrake Linux 10.0 with Firestarter Firewall.  I also have a wireless router hooked up.
I have setup up the router and the firewall to accept Amule and I still get a low id. If anybody can help please let me know.  Also I have a Westell 6100 Modem and the router is a D-Link DI-614+.

I stopped my firewall and found out it was the problem so I am going to try to find out why it isn't working right.
