Title: How to configure FC3 firewall?

I'm back! I'd like to know ho to configure FC3 so that I get a high id. I know I have to forward two ports, the 4662 e the 4672... but I don't know how to do that in linux... :D

You going to "System settings" -> "Security level". It's nice gui used to make simple configuration for iptables. I'm assuming you don't have nat on linux box.
There you can specify ports you using in amule and click "apply".
