Title: "ignore ipfilters.dat for this file(s)" option

It would be very nice to be able to ignore ipfilters.dat for some files only.
My international download limits make it impossible for me to use amule without ipfilters.dat, but on the other hand that means I cannot download some files with no, or very few, national sources...

Opss, I looked at the topics for this request before posting but not the threads... Having a specific thread for this feature request won't hurt though (I suppose :?)

Maybe this option is exactly I we need in Portugal.
Reload the ipfilter.dat is usefull but this is exactly what we need. For each file we choose to block or not.
