Post by: Chupacabra on March 26, 2005, 07:19:10 PM
Ok, i've barely installed ubuntu and now i'd like to install amule..
First i tried rpm -i name of the file, ofcourse it didn't work ;(  then it said something about alien i typed alien -i name of the file, again an error ;( ..
I'm getting really god damn desperate here ..
I have no idea how to install .tar.gz ..
I know i have to install 2 programs before installing amule, but i don't know which packages.. i don't even know how..
So can someone please please explain it to me like you'd explain it to five -year old me how to install amule on ubuntu, i'm getting desperate here.
I have almost no experience with linux..

Regards and you're doing a great job in here
