Title: Manual needed...! Please!

I just bought a mac-computer. And just installed aMule, because it's a great program  :)
I'm not really great with computers so I wondered if anyone knows where I can find a manual, how to opperate this program

^^thats the link to the mac binary, so you dont need to compile anything...
