where is the description of portuguese servers for downloading in amule?
como identifico os servidores portugueses para fazer os downloads?

If I understand you correctly, you are looking for Preferences -> Security -> IP Filtering.  You need to find an ipfilter.dat file that blocks non-portuguese servers.  I don't know how to help you with that, unfortunately.  Maybe somebody else can.  aMule supports both the old PeerGuardian and AntiP2P formats for ipfilter.dat.

cascagrossa, you can find the portuguese servers in http://pwp.netcabo.pt/deepsea/
but if you still want to block the international ip's for national downloading, you can find more information using the geeko's ipfilter. More information in the portuguese forums of aMule.
