Greetings,
When I was running Mandrakelinux 10.1 and aMule 2.0.0 RC8, I had more than 180 GB of total upload. Then recently I made a fresh instalation of Mandriva Linux LE 2005 and aMule 2.0.0 Final. Before I formated my HD I had made a backup of all important files, including aMule stats in ~/.aMule. I imported old pref and stat files back into aMule 2.0.0, however, there was no trace of my old stats. I wonder what went wrong. Any hints?

well, if you copy all the files from your old .aMule folder in the new one, there should be np at all.
are the permissions ok?

RC8 had a ~/.eMule file that had all your config info... you had that backuped too?

Nope, forgot about that one! Perheps this is why I have no old stats, because the file permissions are OK. Well, I guess I have to begin from scratch again... :)
So henceforth, I have to make backup only for ~/.aMule and nothing else, if I understand correctly?
