We'll release aMule 2.0.1 soon. No, wait, we just released it :P
VERY BIG AND IMPORTANT RED WARNING
This is a very important HOTFIX release. Everyone should update ASAP to 2.0.1.
The release fixes 100% CPU usage caused by some missconfigured (let's not be paranoid) servers' packets, among other stuff.
Download it HERE (http://www.amule.org/files/files.php?cat=19).
Packages will follow soon, as usual. Mac binary is already available on the download page.
For changelog CLICK HERE (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Changelog_2.0.1).

i am a little lazy ;) And rc8 works very well here..and i got a little disapointed cause amulegui for windows isnt working on the 2.0.0 final...and i am REALLY waiting amulegui for windows to finally stop all graphical interface running on my poor overloaded PII 300Mhz "always on" server.
But tks a lot for releasing it today, no tomorrow, cause will take another 15 days for me to compile another version! ;)
P.S.: Damn bad english, i read it, i understand its bad write, but i cant do better.. sry! hehehe

Wow. Awesome. Thanks Kry!

Thanks Kry!!
By the way I haven't suffered from this bug till now.
Amule works fine, amuleweb too (eventually for my debian box),
you devs have done a good work with 2.0.0 release. ;)
However thanks for the speed you've corrected the code.
Bye

We are mirroring all binaries in our server:

Thx for your good client and many compliments to all developers and packagers.

Wow... I couldn't believe I had another mail from amule.org (two in a week?)...
Seriously, guys, you're doing a great job. I'll spread the 2.0.1 news as much as I can.
BTW, 2.0.0 works just perfect on my debian sid

ARGGGGGG, I've installed the latest packages of wxGTK & libwxGTK from your FTP (wxGTK2.6-2.6.0-3.rtr205.i586.rpm and libwxgtk2.6-2.6.0-3.rtr205.i586.rpm), but the current aMule package (amule-2.0.1-1.rtr205.i586.rpm) doesn't wants to install because it doesn't find "libwx_base-2.5.so.1". Fix it soon, please. I've erased the 2.0.0 package, and I can't find it and download again :(
Thx!

Argh. After restoring a backup I forgot to update my own packages :]
I´m just building a new one against wxGTK2.6. Sorry for that.

Nah, I prefer to wait to the new package linked to wxGTK 2.6.0, rather than install the 2.5 one
