The amule packages at vollstreckernet.de depend on wxwidgets 2.5.3, it was not our choice, but package maintainer's one... What is the good wxWidgets version to link amuled to? 2.6.0 or 2.4.x?

Btw, I experience also the same crash with the latest debian packages of the amuled server. (2.0.1).. 2.0.0 worked better :(

The core file doesn't say much about the crash, but take into account that debian packages are usually built in non-debug mode...

Is there another forum to discuss on debian packages hosted at vollstreckernet.de?

Thanks.

amuled will not compile with wx 2.4 .. wx 2.60 is of course the better one and well.. blame the maintainer for using some older and buggy wx ;)

you can try todays cvs tarball.. i think lfroen commited some fixes for amuled

cheers
