Hi,
I have just installed aMule 2.0.3 on a clean system (SuSE 9.2, KDE 3.4.1, i686).
I have wxGTK 2.6 installed and the library it kept nagging about in the beginning (I have solved that now)
However... if I want to run aMule (either via menu or ALT+F2), it seems to start up... I get a picture in the taskbar that is the mule with the sandwatch, but then it disappears and aMule is gone...
Is this a bug or am I doning something wrong?

you are probably doing something wrong ;)
can you start it in a konsole to see the actuall output?
and also make sure you downloaded the right wxGTK-2.6 rpms and aMule-2.0.3
there are different version for SuSE!!!

I am using SuSE 9.2 rpm for aMule and the only rpm there for wxGTK 2.6.
cdb@linux:~> amule
amule: relocation error: amule: symbol _ZTI7wxEvent, version WX_2.6 not defined in file libwx_gtk_core-2.6.so.0 with link time reference
