I've been using the Windows version of eMule and if you do a search that returns more than 300 hits, there's a "More" button that will prompt you to get the next 300 hits. This repeats until you've pulled in all the hits. I don't see a way to do that on aMule. The first round of 300 hits match, but there's no option to get any additional hits (beyond the additional global hits it may find). In one case I get 665 hits on eMule, but aMule only gives me 329.
Am I missing something or is this just not an option currently?
Thanks!

nope sorry no option yet

If you get 329 results I wouldn't say that amule stops on 300, so this option isn't needed. And the more results you get from emule, can be Kad sources, so you will get this results, too. After 2.0.1

switch the 2.0.1 to 2.1.0 ;)
and in eMule you select which network you use, so default is ed2k and you CAN search in KAD but nether both at the same time, in one search tab

Ok, I guess I'm confused. If I search in eMule with an option of Global (servers) or even just Server (there's a seperate search option for Kad) and do an All type search on something generic like "movie" I get 1500+ results in increments of 300. If I do the same search on eMule I get 300 with a local search and 458 with a global search. I believe that eMule is staying in e2dk network, but that it has to do with the server (Razorback2 in this case) sending back search results in increments of 300 and each time I hit "More" the client goes back to the server to get the next 300.
1500+ vs. 300 or even 458 iis a big difference. Does this have something to do with a server setting of only sending 300 responses at a time? Sounds like you'd be missing a lot of potential files with aMule.
Based on the first response, is this something that's known and will be implemented at a future date?
Thanks for the quick responses!

Might be a bug in our search-code. I'll look into it.
