Title: Sooo Close... Can't connect to server
Post by: FatPuppy on August 09, 2005, 12:29:28 AM
I'm trying to get amuled to work on my nslu2 box. After a long day of compiling various packages and amule itself I finally got it running.

My problem now is I can't connect to any server.  I've checked that I can ping the servers. I've checked that my ports are open to get a highId (same rule on my router for my Windows PC works fine)

I see the following in the log:
2005-08-08 23:30:33: Connecting to
2005-08-08 23:30:33: Connecting to
2005-08-08 23:30:55: Connecting to Byte Devils (64.34.165.204 - 64.34.165.204:5306)
2005-08-08 23:30:55: Connected to Byte Devils (64.34.165.204:5306)
2005-08-08 23:30:55: Lost connection to Byte Devils (64.34.165.204:5306)
2005-08-08 23:30:55: Connection lost
2005-08-08 23:30:55: Connecting to
2005-08-08 23:30:55: Connecting to

Anybody got any ideas? Is there any debug I can put on to get more information?

Cheers,

Rob.

Got it working after applying patches from this (http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?threadid=4676) thread.

Had to edit the changes a bit as the code has moved on a little. I'll post patches when I've confirmed everything is working correctly.
Title: amule package

Couldn't you make a package and upload it to http://www.nslu2-linux.org/. That would be easy for other people to get amuled.

Thank you.
