Title: Preferences set from amulegui to amuled don't change
Post by: nakom on August 26, 2005, 05:36:21 PM
Hi all, I installed amuled on a pc running debian sarge, it seem starting good but when
I try to change some preferences from a pc (suse 9.3) with amulegui, these don't change.
Es: I try to set another nick but when I go to see in amule.conf on debian pc, the nick
doesn't changes.
Any idea about it?

I've also another problem with server list. When amulegui start I haven't the possibility
to choose a server from list because it's empty. I tried to download a different server.met
file and overwrite the one on ~/.aMule directory but with no lucky.
I also tried to put manually a server ip but when I click on the add button nothing appears
on server list. :(
Thanks in advance to anyone wants help me. :baby:
Bye, Alberto.

About the Preferences:
A little search on the forums would have showed up the answer to this (I remember several threads about it): "Not implemented yet."

No idea about serverlist & manually adding a server on 2.0.3, but chances are that it isn't functional, too...

Sorry for the repeated question, maybe I wrong keywords on my search  :))

For the server list I'll be glad to post something if I'll find a solution.
Thanks anyway, Alberto.

It might be that manual adding of a server isn't implemented either, I just don't know ;)
