i 'm downloading a file that gives me problems, i think...
when it's downloading, down on the left it says:
Downloaded part 91 is corrupt in file: name of the file.
then, another part, and another part, and so on.
the processor use more aMule, and the hard disk writes constantly....
any problem with that file? it will arrive ok?

fromt he sound of it - the poart it is trying to get is corrupt. it will delete that part and try and download it again.

and what happens if the problem repeats over and over... and with multiple, unrelated (and from different sources) files in the queue?

Then you are dealing with people who intentionally upload corrupt data. Having a recent ipfilter.dat helps, but only a bit. Currently, your only options are (a) trying to figure out by hand who the culprits are and banning them manually in your firewall, which is quite tedious if you have more than 20 sources for a file, or (b) accepting that downloads take longer and upload bandwidth of other clients is wasted.
If you think that having better ways to handle these uploaders of corrupt data would be a good idea, then you can indicate this here (http://forum.amule.org/thread.php?threadid=7595&sid=). ;)

Also, it can't hurt to check your disk for corruption, just to make sure.
