Title: aMule doesn´t change download folder

Hi all
I've installed aMule in my raspberry pi 4B, and i'm currently using dietpi as my OS. The installation has gone great, with any issue, but the problem comes at the time of changing my download folder
My goal is to change the default dir (home/amule/.aMule/Incoming) to one located on a network drive shared by samba (/mnt/<network-mounted>/PIMULE/INCOMING), but at the time of changing it by an aMule GUI (v2.3.3) it doesn't, although it figures like changed at the amule.conf file (located in home/amule/.aMule/ dir), Sometimes when you try to change it, it return the error: permission denied. I tried to change the permissions with chmod or the group and ownership of the directory to the amule user, but it doesn't do anything (I suppose it is because it is a network drive) and I can create any file with any problem (I also have a torrent client, and it does not give me any problem with it).
Can someone recommend me something or guida me to a solution?
