Title: amuleweb: search function not working...
Post by: Phlogiston on September 16, 2005, 05:51:44 PM
Hi there

I just installed amule and amuleweb. I can log into amuleweb, but when I start a search, no result page is loaded. How can I see the search results or is this broken? The other things on web gui seem to work...

Thanks for your help

After the search was started you have to click on (Refetch Results) to see found sources. If there are no sources you see nothing new.

I think that I tried that, but I'm not sure, I must verify... I'll report later...

Thanks

I try to search something very usual in p2p network¡, for example sex XD, but no result connected to razorback 2.0.

Any ideas, my amule version is 2.0.3

hmm I tried again amuleweb and the search function is not working. I also upgraded to latest cvs.

So what I do is giving a name and press search and what I get is only a colored page and not response, so far so good I think. And now I go on Search again, but can't see any results.

Help me please!

BTW: Is there a windows based amulegui? So that I could drop amuleweb?

There is, but not for CVS versions (I mean precompiled binary). Since EC version must match in client and server, we provide such binaries only for release versions.
