It's possible that your server list is rather old and contains a number of dead servers. Try to locate Razorback 2 (IP: 195.245.244.243 Port: 4661) in the list and connect to it.
If this does not work, it's possible that your Mac internet connection is not properly set up (e.g., ports are not properly forwarded). How is your Mac connected to the ADSL modem? Directly to the modem (and the modem is also connected to the PC), or through "internet sharing" with your PC serving as a router?

my mac is connected to internet through "internet sharing" with my PC (windows xp based) serving as a router.
Thanks

Ok, I bet this is the problem then.
Unfortunately, I don't have the slightest clue how internet sharing works under Windows. :(
I don't even know whether you can set up port-forwarding using that feature or not. Windows doesn't seem like an decent router system to me, but maybe I'm wrong.
Maybe someone else here has some experience with Windows internet sharing or maybe you can find some instructions on the web.
If everything else fails you can always shell out $40 for a real router and have that manage your internet connection. An added bonus of this scenario would be that the PC would not have to run in order for the Mac to have an internet connection.
