Title: i found how to have a max DL

since nobody believe me, I found little bug but it's opposite of amule's philosophy !!!

if you want have a good DL rate, you will have to give nothing !!!
so to have a good DL, I have the configuration following:
DL : infinit (0)
UL : 1kB/s
and nothing in my incomming !!

so I have 40kB/s of average download !
so  it's good for me but it's bad for emule network !!

ps in addition my cpu's resources was about 95% and now it's about 30%
 :D

1. u should read about download / upload ratio -> 1 kb/s upload limit means 3 kb/s download limit
2. cos ur trying to leech u'll get a warning.. 4 warnings -> ban
3. i hope u'll never again post such stupid posts like this one

the only way to set dl/up ratio like yours is changing the code.

if you change the code how can u talk of bug?
