Well in the past I had amule setup so it would only use servers manually added and would not add new servers automatically under any circumstances.I can't seem to reproduce this setup anymore as amule keeps loading a new server list and I keep coming back to find I'm connected to one of the sonny boy servers (why is this server not banned from all server lists? )
This happens in both amuled and the monolithic gui, below are the important options:
Connections > Autoconnect on startup - enabled
Connections > Reconnect on loss - enabled
Servers > auto-update serverlist, update server list when connecting to server, update server list on client connect - disabled
Servers > Autoconnect to servers in static list only - enabled
Also IPFilter is enabled if that is important here :)
Using November 8 CVS snapshot on ubuntu hoary, compiled manually.

Well this is old but I think I figured out the problem.You need to unset static priority of the Sonny Boy servers and then delete them, otherwise they keep coming back.I did this through the monolithic gui though and I don't think it works properly with the remote gui.

Fixed. Manually removed servers are now also removed from the static list. ;)
