Title: How do I get started?

I have Emule all set up where do I get the files for me to Download

Well, since you are now asking on the aMule forums it might never happen...

However, the fastest way is to just to go to the "search" section, search for whatever you want and double click on the file you wish to download. Then wait. Pretty straightforward.

Did you consider to read the help file in any way though? There are some nice pointers there as how it works. ;)

The aMule wiki (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) contains a lot of information on how aMule works, as well as numerous hints and usage tips.
I would start with the Getting started guide (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/Getting_Started) and the FAQ (http://www.amule.org/wiki/index.php/FAQ_aMule). That should give you a pretty good idea how everything works.
