Temp dir is placed on a FAT32 partition. Disabling chmod to avoid useless warnings.
Incoming dir is placed on a FAT32 partition. Disabling chmod to avoid useless warnings.

No, you didn't see that people have the problem because it is not a problem. It's just a notice, ignore it.

but with it the speed is slow .. not ?

No! "disable chmod" just means that aMule won't set any permission flags ("chmod" = "change mode" = "change permissions") of your shared and downloaded files because FAT32 doesn't support any permissions at all. This doesn't affect the download speed in any way!
Maybe this message should be hidden by default, I think it's more confusing than useful. Or maybe it could be phrased differently, like "Temp/Incoming dir is placed on a filesystem that does not support permission flags".
