Title: Download speed incoherence

This behaviour has already been mentioned on previous versions.  Total download speed is not the sum of individual download speeds, as you can see in the attached screenshot.

It happens with amuleweb and amulegui here, which one is the real speed?

the lower one of course, you can check with ntop for example

well sometimes amuleweb shows even more then the actuall line capabilities...so it cant be only that
