Post by: dpetka2001 on January 13, 2006, 10:36:42 PM: hello there...just discovered this great programme and would like to try it out...but i would like to install it without X support and control it through Amulecmd...as i checked in the AmuleWiki i found out that these commands are available for Amulecmd

Quit Help Stats Show DL Resume n Pause n ServerStatus Connect SetUpBwLimit n SetDownBwLimit n Disconnectare there any others except from them?? i'm really interested in copying e2dk links so that it catches up the link and add it to the download list (if search option isn't available) and removing downloads if for some reason i change my mind...could someone confirm if there are commands available satisfying my needs?? if not are there any plans in providing them in feature releases?? is there any other way i could achieve my purpose except maybe for amuleweb?? thanks in advance...

Post by: dpetka2001 on January 16, 2006, 05:38:31 PM: ok i downloaded amule and installed it in my computer...i have run it and configured it through KDE and now i would like to run amuled and configure it so that i can control it through amulecmd...could anyone give me instructions on how to achieve this or maybe point me to a how-to where what i'm asking for is explained?? thanks...

Post by: dpetka2001 on January 17, 2006, 01:54:26 PM: anyone could help me on how to configure amuled?? i have only installed amule and its dependencies and configured it through its web interface...what should i do before i start amuled?? does it need any extra configuration?? i use Gentoo and i noticed there's a "/etc/conf.d/amuled" file besides the "~/.aMule/amule.conf" where the configurations i made to Amule rely...how should i proceed??
