Title: I got a 2.5% CPU mule!!!

Here you are. First mule (kry) is from yesterday, second one (amuler) from right now (not commited yet - have to clean some stuff)

Hope this can make into 1.2.5 ;)

It's based on selectable queue refresh. That way, we can leave the mule consuming that CPU while we're not using it.
