Title: if you delete a file, are comments lost?
Post by: Mogh on January 19, 2006, 02:26:18 PM
Let's say for example, that I have downloaded a corrupt file and it's a pretty big one (like a corrupt or fake CD iso or DVD iso, for example). I wish to delete it, but I also wish to warn other users that the file is useless. If I add a comment via the shared files screen, but then delete the file, is that comment lost, or will it pervade on the eDonkey network still?

Thanks Kry. How long would you suggest keeping the file for, in order to warn others?
