Weird.
Let's try to start aMule trough the Terminal so we get some feedback on why aMule is exiting during startup:
- Control-click on aMule.app (the application icon) and do "Show Package Contents"
- Navigate to Contents/MacOS
- Double-click on the "amule" program. This will launch Terminal and run aMule.
- If aMule hangs or crashes, copy the contents of the Terminal window and post it here.
PS: I've moved this thread from "Forum Help", which is only for problems with the forum software, to the OS X forum. :)

You have downloaded the Tiger-only binary. Download the other one that's compatible with Panther and it should work.
