Title: Correct way of editing amule.conf while amuled is running?
Post by: Abdi110 on February 27, 2006, 12:39:36 PM
Hello. I've got amuled + amuleweb running in the background on my Ubuntu machine. I wanted to make some changes to amule.conf, and did so while the program was running, saved. I came back 20 min and wanted to make some more changes, I noticed that amuled over-rid my saved config with something that looked more like what I started with when amuled first ran.

Is there a correct way of editing amule.conf and telling amuled to reload the config file? Thanks.

Ah, thank you, guess there's no way around it then.

Check "options" page in amuleweb. You may find what you need there.
If not - stop->edit->restart.
