Title: Option to suppress tooltip

I vote for this option if at all possible (I would forever be in your debt) => "Do not display Tooltip" which would then enable or disable the Tooltip delay time...

Thank you for your consideration with this life or death matter. =)

Some of us don't like tooltip popups. I certainly don't especially once I've become familiar with the program, as I have with aMule.

Don't get me wrong, tooltips are helpful when you're learning an interface...

Why not just set the tool-top delay to the max (30s)?
